This meeting welcomes 陳吉仲, Chair Professor of Applied Economics and Vice President of National Chung Hsing University and former Minister of Agriculture, to share the challenges and opportunities facing Taiwan's agricultural sector in climate change, the net-zero transition and sustainable development.

From academic to cabinet minister, 陳吉仲 has spent his career on agricultural policy and industry development. During his tenure he drove a series of major policy initiatives, accumulating extensive experience in policy communication and legislative practice across food security, industrial transformation, international trade and climate change.
